SUBJECT: MODIFICATION TO THE SUBJECT ACTIVITY AND NOTICE FOR EXTENSION TO
THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION

The ECOWAS Parliament refers to the invitation to bid for the afore-mentioned award
of a Framework Agreement and wishes to inform all prospective bidders of the
following modifications:

1. The subject of the Framework Agreement is modified as follows:
Instead of:  PRODUCTION OF NEWSLETTERS IN THREE (3) LANGUAGES FOR THE ECOWAS PARLIAMENT
Read:  Production of Newsletters in Three (3) Languages for the ECOWAS Parliament;
(and other promotional items such as: Information Brochures, Flyers, Posters,
Stickers, T-Shirts/Baseball Caps, Mugs, Key Rings, Umbrellas)

2. Extension to the submission deadline:

Instead of:  Friday, 6th September 2024 at 11.00 a.m. (Nigerian Time).
Read:  Monday, 16th September 2024 at 11.00 a.m. (Nigerian Time).

All other terms and conditions of the Bidding Document and Annexes remain
unchanged. This extension is necessary due to the update on the subject.
