The ECOWAS Water Resources Management Center (WRMC) has obtained an allocation from the
investment budget for the year 2024 to finance various works and intends to use part of this allocation
to make payments in respect of Four Invitations to Bids for the construction of Autonomous Water
Stations and for the selection of the control offices
