SUMMARY OF THE CONSOLIDATED 2025 NATIONAL INVESTMENT REPORTS
OVERVIEW
Ten Member States (Benin, Cabo Verde, Côte d’Ivoire, The Gambia, Ghana, Liberia, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone and Togo) submitted 2025 National Investment Reports at the Fifth Meeting of the Technical Committee of the ECIM Council in Abidjan, 27–30 April 2026. Reports from Guinea and Guinea-Bissau were not available at the time of compilation.
The reports show a region that continues to attract capital and deepen reforms despite a challenging global environment, though Member States start from very different baselines.
Figures are as reported by each Member State and are not yet harmonised across countries.
