The ECOWAS Commission refers to its Expression of Interest for the Engagement of a Firm to
Develop a Roadmap from Foundational Identification Systems to the ECOWAS National Biometric Identity Card and wishes to inform the General Public and particularly the potential consultants, that submission Deadline for applications initially
scheduled for Wednesday, 6 December 2023 at 11:00 a.m. (GMT+1), Nigeria Time has been Extended to Thursday, December 14, 2023 (same time).

All other conditions of EOI notice remain unchanged.

This extension is necessary to give room to more potential consultants to submit their
expression of interest for this activity.
