H.E. Dr. Omar Alieu Touray, President of the ECOWAS Commission met with H.E. Sune Krogstrup, Ambassador of Denmark to the Federal Republic of Nigeria and Permanent Representative to ECOWAS, today, November 9, 2022 at the ECOWAS HQ in Abuja, Nigeria.
Ambassador Krogstrup discussed areas of cooperation and peace and security of the Region with President Touray. He appreciated the role ECOWAS is playing regarding the security situation in the Gulf of Guinea. They also discussed the political situation in Mali, Guinea and Burkina Faso.
