1. The Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) Commission has received
a financing from APSA IV which is sponsored by the European Union via African Union
Commission. It is intended that part of the proceeds of this financing will be applied to eligible
payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery and as Well as Installation of Equipment
for the ECOWAS Early Warning System in Senegal, Cape Verde and ECOWARN Field
Monitors.
