Selection of a consultant in charge of monitoring, evaluation and capitalization

1. The Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) Commission has obtained an Adaptation Fund Grant to finance the Regional Project for the Promotion of Climate Smart Agriculture (CSA) in West Africa, and intends to use part of these funds to make payments under the service contract (intellectual services) ‘Selection of a Consultant, Monitoring, Evaluation and Capitalisation Manager for the CSA Project’.
