COMMISSION HEADQUARTERS, ABUJA – NIGERIA

NOTICE FOR EXTENSION TO THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION AND SITE INSPECTION

The ECOWAS Commission refers to the invitation to a Restricted Bidding procedure
for the ACQUISITION AND INSTALLATION OF AN ACCESS CONTROL AND TIME
MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AT THE ECOWAS COMMISSION HEADQUARTERS, ABUJA –
NIGERIA and wishes to inform all bidders, that the submission deadline initially
scheduled for Friday, 24th November 2023 at 11:00 a.m. (Nigerian Time) has been
extended to Monday 4th December 2023 (same time).

Please be informed that, there will be a site inspection tomorrow i.e. Friday, 24th
November 2023 at 11:00am, at the ECOWAS Commission Headquarters in Asokoro.
All bidders should be in attendance.

All other conditions of the Invitation for Bids and documents remain unchanged.
This extension is necessary to provide more clarifications on some of the issues raised
by bidders.
