EOI for Supply 20 Tricycles the Gambia

1. The ECOWAS Commission, as part of its budget execution, intends to use part of the budgeted funds to
finance the cost of the Supply and delivery of 20 tricycles and small household waste collection
equipment – The GAMBIA.

2. The ECOWAS Commission is now launching a Tender Notice for the submission of tenders, under closed
envelopes, for the said equipment.

3. The Tender Documents are available from the Procurement Division, General Administration Directorate,
ECOWAS Commission, Plot 101, Yakubu Gowon Crescent, Asokoro District, Abuja, Nigeria, on written
request.

4. Interested bidders may obtain further information at the following address during office hours: Monday to
Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (Nigerian time, GMT + 1), ECOWAS Commission, General Administration

5. Tenders must be valid for a period of 90 days after the opening of tenders.

6. Tenders (1 original and 3 copies) MUST BE submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Local Invitation
to Tender for the supply and delivery of 20 tricycles and small household waste collection equipment –
The GAMBIA” Do not open except in the presence of the Opening Committee.

7. Tenders MUST BE deposited at the Directorate of General Administration, Procurement Division, 1st Floor,
ECOWAS Commission, 101, Yakubu Gowon Crescent Asokoro District, P. M. B. 401, Abuja, Nigeria not later
than 15 November 2023, at 11:00 am (Nigerian Time, GMT+1).

8. Tenders will be opened on the same day, in the presence of bidders (face-to-face or by video conference
depending on the prevailing situation) wishing to attend the tender opening session at 11:30 a.m.
(Nigerian Time, GMT+1) on the same day, ECOWAS Commission, Abuja, Nigeria.
