337. SLEEP...and Weight, and Thyroid, and Glucose, and Heart Disease, and Your Brain...with Molli...

SLEEP! All things sleep. Do you know how important sleep is to your overall health, to losing weight to your thyroid function to your hormone balance to insulin resistance to your heart and to your brain? If you don't start with sleep, YOU WILL NOT get better.
