Jean-Claude Kassi Brou received the letters of credence of H.E. Jean-Claude Kassi Brou, receiving Letter of credence from H.E. Shimon Ben-Shosan<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">President Brou discussed areas of existing and new cooperation with Israel. The ECOWAS Commission signed MoU with Israel in September 2009, which was reviewed in 2016 to include Agriculture, education, renewable energy, health, technology transfer. The new MoU is expected to be signed soon.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Namibia was accredited to ECOWAS for the first time.
