Quality Management Training

04 Mai, 2015

In the world of global business, products and services must be safe and conform to certain standards; otherwise it will be difficult to access national and international markets. Compliance with quality standards will only be possible if the private sector is capable to produce according to internationally recognized product and quality standards.

The development of a more positive economic environment will only lead to a growth of intraregional trade, if enterprises are able to produce tradable goods. Therefore, the GIZ/ECOWAS project “Support to the ECOWAS Commission” fosters the private sector to meet the challenges of national and international competition and to produce according to quality standards. A QM training is offered to export oriented enterprises and their QM executives (optional: including also representatives of chambers and associations) in ECOWAS region.

Their executives will take part in two training courses, first the Quality Management Representative and afterwards the Quality Manager. After the training and the return of the employees, the enterprises will be enabled to improve their internal quality management systems (QMS) and to produce / process competitive quality products.
